The good news is I am no longer being laid off. The bad news is Im still working for Kodak. My boss has offered me another lab to run. With good jobs being tough to find around here and only a few possible leads Ive decided to take it. Im still going to keep looking. I will be in a new job but the end of the year.

The good points of this job:
Its a higher volume store. That means bigger sales and less hassle from my boss for poor sales.
Im going to hire my old boss. Shes great, having her around will make things fun again.
More work means no sitting around for 8 hrs bored off my ass.
I think Ill eligible for a raise being that it is higher volume store. Im sure my boss wont say anything about it so Ill bring it up.

The Bad points.
I still work for my boss.
The manager of the lab Ill be taking over has pissed off the store management and a great many guest. So Im going to have to rebuild the relationship between the lab and the store. I had to do that when my first boss was fired so Im good at mending fences.
Due to lack of upkeep, Im going to have to dump the chemistry form the machine, clean it out and set it back up. Major pain in the ass.

I kind of wish she hadnt offered it to me, but being that she did, taking it is the smart thing to do.

I have a meeting Saturday afternoon about this, so that still means no Pink House Party. Im really bummed about missing this.

I bought a Sony Cyber Shot digital camera. It was a totally unnecessary purchase but I got it for one hell of a price. 130 dollars. So, expect pics soon.
