Can you watch my cart while Im in the restroom?
I hear this question all day. I dont really pay it any attention. Yeah, sure. Just like most people dont even wait for my response. So today when some lady said, Can you watch my cart? I was like yeah whatever.
About a minute or so after she went into the restroom I heard a noise. Not just any noise, a baby noise. This stupid #@$% left her baby in the cart!!! What the fuck? I go look and there is a 5 or 6-month-old little girl in the cart. Again, what the Fuck?
The woman comes out a minute later; luckily the girl is sleeping. I looked at her and said, You left your baby in the cart? Kind of a question, kind of a statement.
Shes fine. You look like a nice guy; I knew she would be fine. Besides I didnt want to wake her.
What the fuck? I just stared at her. I was speechless. She left.
You know what serial killers have in common? There are always people who describe them as nice people. Ted Bundy, by most accounts was a really nice guy. John Wayne Gacy, worked as a clown for kids birthdays. Ed Gein was a real nice guy. He used to give his friends and neighbors venison. Thats deer meat for you city folks. Oh yeah, and he kept cut up people in his freezer!!!
I could have taken that kid. Someone else could have picked her and walked out. I dont know how to sell a baby on the black market but I know they are worth a lot of money.
People are stupid.
