Speeds camp out was a freaking blast, even though I went to bed around 1 a.m. on Friday night. 28 days of work caught up with me.
I got to meet some people I have wanted to meet. My social anxiety flared up a few times but all in all I think I did pretty well about being social. I guess its hard to explain if you have never experienced a panic attack. This is something I deal with on a daily basis. Its a part of me, these gatherings and talking about it here in my journal have helped me overcome some of it. I refuse to be ashamed of it anymore.
Some weekend highlights in no particular order.
The morning cow.
Ways to dispose of dead hookers. My suggestion was to dump them in the Salvation Army donation dumpsters. Why isnt there a Salvation Navy?
Panda Ball in Speeds living room. Or as I called it to elicit an adorable pouty look from Bathory , Smack the Panda. I think NoPantsDave might have been taking performance-enhancing drugs. I think the Panda Ball league needs to look into this matter.

The burning woman. I am truly proud to have taken part in the construction of this. Even though nearly everyone sitting on the hill said not to use the tire for the head, and said not to fill it with kerosene, you have to admit, that when that thing burst into flames it was fucking sweet!!!
The Jiffy Pop Incident.
Everclear and SOBE, wicked good.
Ultimate Frisbee, even though it resulted in my knee swelling up and me being barely able to stand on it today.
The only bad thing about the weekend is the five mosquito bites on my hands that are annoying the crap out of me.
After working so much before this I really needed a break. This is really an amazing group people, Im glad that I have gotten a chance to know you guys. Hats off to you for making this past weekend so much fun.
