Things that happened to me this week.
I bought a digital camera, but then had to take it back. The reason was a bank account that I had when I was involved with a company with some friends. When the company fell apart I was so fed up with the situation that I walked away from anything having to do with it. I was in charge of the money. Its my name on the bank account. Well, after all this time what money was left in the account ran out paying for the monthly account fee. So now the account is over drawn and is being charged 5 dollars a day. It is now up to negative 130 plus dollars. So the camera goes back to the store. Which was kind of ok, I wasnt happy with it. BUT
My car broke down. AGAIN. So the money I was going to use to settle the bank account I had to use to fix my car. 140 plus dollars later my car now starts. Plus 40 dollars to get it towed to the shop. I dropped almost 400 dollars on it about 2 weeks ago.
Tomorrow I have to go to the bank and see if I can work something out.
I hired a girl at work that flaked out on me. I spent a week getting her paperwork set and another week trying to get her to give me some info I needed to complete her new hire kit. Now I have an employee leaving tomorrow and no one to replace him. So, Ill be working even more. The money will be good but the hours suck. Im at a point at work were I need to get the fuck out. Its a broken record I need a new job but its hard to be able to look and apply when Im always at that place.
Today I got a call from a manager of another store telling me he had to reprint 8 rolls of film for some lady because she didnt like them. He was whining about it and generally being a little bitch. I just wanted to ask him if he wanted a gold fucking star for doing his job.
If she wasnt happy, fine. Ive had to redo/fix a ton of stuff from other stores. Its part of our jobs. Do your work and dont bitch. Im sure Im going to get a call from my boss about this. Oh joy.
This weekend is the SGB show; Im looking forward to that. Im going to have to work sat and sun. That means Im going to be showing up late and leaving early.
I need a hug. Would some pretty lady show me some pity at the show and give me some human contact?
