I finally have my other little girl home! Sweet little Hippo, She's another Dumbo rat. Only a few months old, so she's about half the size of Elefant still. She's a little more shy than Elefant was when I got her, that'll change soon after she gets used to being here though. She's still a little sneezy and wheezy, if that lasts too much longer Im going to have to treat her for a respiratory infection again. Poor little girl had to stay at the pet store for a month and a half to be treated for a respiratory.
So anyways, Last night when I got her home, I let her hang out in her cage(Its seperate from Elefants) for a few hours so she could relax from the ride home. And then I decided I'd introduce her to Elefant. Not in the cage or anything because Elefant would have flipped a shit if I put a new rat in her territory. So I took them both out, Got a shoe box for them to play house in, and set them down on my bed. It went pretty well.. Elefant was a little pushy and tried to nip at hippo a few times, But they didnt fight at all. Which was good. I wouldnt trust Elefant alone with her yet, Because she is so much bigger and could easily over power Hippo.. But I think when Hippo grows and they get used to seeing each other it'll go well.
