He was running on his wheel literally non-stop so I don't know if he just overdid it or if he had like a brain cancer or something, but it was sad. that was years ago though. it's funny you say that you fell in love with a mouse that got fed to a snake because that's how I got my little buddy, Sweep. my ex boyfriend had a snake and was going to feed this cute little guy to his snake and I told him he couldn't, that I HAD to have that mouse. luckily he agreed and gave it to me. He bred mice, so he had an abundance of them anyway which is still sad but at least I saved one!
the dreads look like they're off to a good start but I hope you didn't use wax! bad bad things happen with wax. either way, they look rockin' and I wish you a very happy life with your new dreadies. they will become your little friends ^__^

I finally have my other little girl home! Sweet little Hippo, She's another Dumbo rat. Only a few months old, so she's about half the size of Elefant still. She's a little more shy than Elefant was when I got her, that'll change soon after she gets used to being here though. She's still a little sneezy and wheezy, if that lasts too much longer...
