The kid is testing you but sometimes with ADD or ADHD it's just normal behavior to them that is bad behavior for others.
My little girl can't sit still for any length of time.Her teacher noticed that she didn't wonder around the class.She stayed at her desk but did stand up and move around the desk itself.
Once the teacher realized this and stopped trying to make her be still everything went quite well.
These kids are a little different but they are good kids once you learn thier little(bloody well annoying)quirks.Good luck with the child and the
dates.

Work has been pretty hectic and i'm working weird shifts. They are sending me to germany at the end of the month for a few days which should be pretty cool. Hope all is cool at your end. I'll try and keep in touch a little more often when things calm down on the squadron.
