i havent felt this low for years.

thanks for the nice messgaes about my class from hell !!!!!
they aren't that bad, they're ok!! its just everything all at once and im really stressed and tired. so things arent good at work. i feel like im drowning and i cant breathe. things aren't that good in my personal life either at the mo, but they're on the way up!!!
im just so sad at the mo, it scares me, coz i dont wantto go down that route again. i wont go that way again.

and as i said to a very good friend of mine a few days ago, ultimately i will be ok. in the grand schemes of things these things dont matter. its just hard at the mo
