**I just got back from Houston. I was there all weekend and the early part of this week. Had a good time. I needed a chance to to lie around and chill out.

** I started working out and dieting a little harder than before. I really hope I stick with this. You just cannot understand how bad I need to be in shape....

Speaking of which, did u know one can of V8 contains over 800mg of sodium!?!?! puke I'm obviously am a dummy so I didnt know i needed to watch out for sodium content. i was drinking up to TWO cans a day! YIKES!

I like V8, but it is salty, even the low sodium one. I haven't tried it, but I hear good things about do it yourself juicing.
