ok, how the hell do u tell a coworker they smell bad and have terrible B.O.? And how do u say this when u are 19 and ur co-worker is 31 and already has an authority issue with u because of the age difference???

My Sales Associate stinks!!! He is nasty ugh !!!! And for some reason my store manager wants to keep him ( i guess because he has been with the company for so long). Seriously, sometimes he smells as if he wets the bed and comes to work without having a bath or something. ewwwwwww. I have been dealing with this for too long! I am tired of having to avoid him and run to the bathroom gasping for clean air. Plus, it makes me have terrible headaches.

HELP???

If you and the co-worker were on social terms it'd be easy to confront him on it, but in this case you should prob. mention it to the store manager. That way he can approach him and it'd be from the stand point of Co. policy and not you. This way you can avoid the bullet all together. Good Luck
And when you think about it, it's pretty sad that you have to run to the bathroom, of all places, gasping for cleaner air...
