It's hard to not appear like a creeper when you truly have nothing to say. I've been looking at sets for days now, and reading threads. Getting a feel for the site and what not. I primarily joined to gain inspiration towards new things to do in the salon.
I've also been fooling around with the camera these days, shooting sets for friends with boyfriends in prison. A hobby I persued in high school, that now a decade later I wish to revisit; as the universe seems to be pulling me further and further away from the more mundane avenues of my profession. The hair and makeup work I have done for fashion shows and photoshoots have been the most demanding and fufilling part of my career. Maybe immersing myself in a group of creative likeminded people will inspire me to get off my lazy and participate instead of creep about.
