Hi All

First of all, thanks for the nice remarks about the poem. It's an awful long time since I've tried to write anything remotely worth sharing, so I'm glad you liked it. The tulips are all blousy and drunk now, especially with the wind and rain we've had almost constantly for the past few days. But the geraniums are beginning to open, the roses are budding, and the lavender has gone completely mad this year.

(Reader's voice - "The puppies! Show us the puppies! You promised!")

Which one to choose?............

So, we will be going to the kennels next Saturday, and choosing which one of those handsome boys will be coming back home with us June 22nd. We have a blanket to take, so he will have the familiar scent of his family around him when we bring him home. And we just can't wait! Roll on muddy floors and walls, walks in the rain, and a huge furry wet lunk sprawling all over us.
