Um....I'm just writing this for the sake of writing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of any interest has happened since my last entry. Which is okay, actually. Life just goes on. Work might be crap, but everything else is pretty okay.
Sorry there are no dramatic emotional swings or dramas. If it helps, I got a pleasant satisfaction from finishing the rock garden, and planting it out with Eryngium, Santolina, and Verbascum. Hopefully it will look pretty come the summer.
Actually, there is quite a bit of drama in parts of my life, but they revolve around family members and friends, and I'm not prepared to pepper this blog with the personal details. So you just get the gardening, I'm afraid!
Oh, there is one wonderful late breaking piece of news I want to share. Quest the otterhound has had her puppies, and come June we hope to be bringing one home. First photo below.....
Now, is that not a picture of cuteness? You wouldn't believe they are the size of a fridge when they grow up. A muddy wet fridge at that. Can't wait! They are one of the world's rarest breeds (there not being much call for dogs that hunt otters these days), and are barely surviving. But they are just adorable...big, bouncy, a bit daft, and they sing like bloodhounds. What's not to like?
