So today my ex gave my stuff back to my friend, who has passed it back on to me.
I can't help but feel down again, I was coping so well. The photographs I'd taken for her and printed off, the WiiFit we played on together for so many hours with loads of giggles and fun, the T-Shirt I gave her to snuggle upto when I wasn't around, the HMV Pure card we took out together, the PC/PS2 games I'd lent her and we played on together.
I got everything back, and the memories came flooding back, the good memories. The memories I'd like to put at the back of my mind for the moment because I'm still finding it seriously difficult to try and move forward. I guess I still love her, but I don't want to anymore. I want to move on and find somebody who'll care for me as much as I'll care for her.
But I guess that's never going to happen. I guess I'm just one of the good guys who'll never be lucky in love.

Although - I just relised I am a tool - and hadn't updated my wishlist address on amazon (as I'm the only one that buys me stuff from my wishlist!) - i have now. DOH.
Having a girlfriend isn't the be all and end all of it. It is wonderful to have someone to share things with - but it can be just as much fun spending time on your own, or hangng out with your friends. And I meant what i said - when you least expect it, you'll meet someone who will appricate you for just being you. It will be worth all the heartache you have been through. xxx
