I'm so tired right now I barely have any energy to write this, but I just have to briefly comment on Michael Moore's new film. Fahrenheit 911 was powerful and straight up. So many people are clueless about the lies Bush has told, that have killed thousands of people. This film was necessary.

I ***had*** to go opening night because I just knew the crowd was going to be good. If I couldn't find someone to go with me, I was going to go alone. I eventually persuaded my mother to come (she wanted to stay at home just in case my idiot brother had to go to work... as if his ass cant take a cab).

Moveon.org wanted us members to wear blue tee shirts so we could identify eachother, but after trying on about 4 different outfits, I couldn't find one that fit right. I ended up wearing a flower skirt that fell just past my knees, with a tank top and sheer cardigan. I looked like a damn librarian. I was jealous at everyone who found something to wear with their spiffy blue shirts. Not fair I say!

I bought the tickets this afternoon, and I wanted to get their about an hour early because I knew the line would be a monstrosity. Of course mother always wants to get there when SHE wants to get there, and by the time we arrived their was a HUGE line.

Now I know why I dont go out with mother.... she annoys me. There is just something about her I dont like. NO, it is NOT the fact that shes my mother. Although, being her daughter I know her very well, and its knowing these things that irritate me.

So the movie starts and boy there were times I laughed hard, and times I thought I was going to cry. You could hear angry people snickering in the audience, and people clapping at the exposure of certain truths. There were times when I was so upset that I couldn't sit still in my sit. It was great. I'm not going to spoil it for everyone, but when it was over, the film got a standing ovation. I want to go see it again!
