All i gotta say is everyone needs to just relax, shit happens everyone gets fucked over. I've been fucked over horribly as well. It will only fuck with you as long as you let it. What worked for me was pure indifference, thats what got that person to leave me alone and as for getting over it all... you just need to keep your mind off of it for a good while pick up a hobby. I played video games when my friends weren't around cuz reading was too slow and i still had many thought running through my mind while i read. Make sure the hobby you pick is fast paced and requires your undivided attention. Hopefully this makes sense to you, let me know if i need to clarify anything.
