As for adding a picture to your journal... here's how. First, find an image you want to add (on the net or from ones you've uploaded to your SG image section) and right-click on the image, select Properties, and select/copy the address from the Properties window. Once you have that address copied, click on the "Image" link (beside the Smilies) next to your journal entry box and when it asks you for the image location, just what you juts copied (Ctrl V will do it too).
