I'm in Shanghai now and I'm finding it difficult to leave. Not necessarily because the city is great (it's fine) but because I'm staying with people that work for the Australian Consulate. I see what the Aussie tax dollars are paying for and I am in the lap of luxury.
Definitely no complaints here.
Shanghai Art Museum has a really great exhibition on at the moment which I saw yesterday. If you're in the area, don't miss it.
Today I think I'm going to head into the city and check out the markets. It's time to buy some stuff finally!
