One problem that I have in this world is that I have to choose between a condo and traveling the world. I can live rent-free with my parents and travel to exotic destinations like Greece, Thailand, Costa Rica, and New Zealand. After I turn 30 or so, I just rent a cheap room from a stranger and contine my travels. If I buy a condo, I will a investment but I will be very house poor with little spending money because housing prices are very expensive where I live and over 50%-60% of my income will be devoted to mortgage payments.
