Hope your all having a fantastic hump day half wa through the week woop woop ha!!.
Well today has been another non stop day for me kids up and ready for school then I had a beast of and s and x session my arms felt like jello you can see what my coach had me do pictures are half way through the 2nd set my arms felt like jello ha!!

After training grabbed a shower before picking kids up from school then out for s birthday dinner for my middle son Xavier with my mum and Alan which was nice. Then dropped kids off to my ex husband and came home to find my new dreads had been delivered so just spent the last 3.5 hours putting them in 😀. I am loving the colours thou!!.

Well it's now midnight her in windy rainy Scotland so I am off to bed .
