Hey guys and dolls
Hope the beginning of the week has treated you well.
My Monday has been very busy bashed out a tuff strength and conditioning session followed by cardio .... Think I will feel this tomorrow (well today ha!!).
Then nipped into town to get some new underwear for this shoot in the Isle of man . I leave on Thursday quite excited about it. I also ended up ordering a new pair of new rock boots ha!! Honestly addicted to them they arrive today so look out I will be showing them off 😀😉.
Then picked kids up from school made dinner took my middle son Xavier to his boxing class then home baths Supper and pj's on them all. Before sitting down to make my daughter Rogue a book marker which took me longer than I planned ha!. So yeah that's been my Monday .
Sweaty after training ha!!
Sun was out in Scotland today in September no less!!!.
Needed to put my glasses on to make Rogues book marker ha!!
