SO tonight is my first night back boxing since my recovery and I sooooo can't wait!!! Ha!! Nothing like sparing your frustrations of the week away!!.

@mongochongo indeed everyone has their own way of dealing with stresses . Thank you I am so very happy to be back training it did not look possible for the longest time and MMA was my life / is my life ha! . For me it's a life style choice and my zen place . 😊😍
