since December when I had moved into my place I weighed 259 lbs...now im at 240. all ive done is jog eat...better? lil bit,,,still love my chocolate...and chips...and beer anyways so yeah im starting to notice the belt buckle isn't so tight and I can actually go an hour and not want to go all ravenous.
