i'm here today to hand my homework in. @Rambo asked "if you could run your own business what would it be?"
I would have to choose my own distillery. It has been a passion of mine for a long time, I have worked in the sales side of things with alcohol for years and have been trained with master tasters. I would want to run a nice restaurant along with it. I would make my own beer as well, that would be exclusive on site only. have it set up to do weddings and parties as well, maybe get a catering service on the side. The name would be "The Dimpled Still" copyright 2015 lol

It costs a lot for the license to distill. I've looked into it and it is somewhere around 200k just for that
