The move is almost finished. We painted for three days in a row in 44-degree pure humidity last week with no a/c and no fan until the afternoon of day three. The ceiling/baseboard-protecting tape wouldn't even stick to the walls because of the ridiculous humidity. The apartment does look fucking great now, though. I can't wait to get everything else in there. I rented a cube truck for Wednesday evening to move all the huge furniture. Only shitty thing is I'm working overnights at the hospital from 11pm to 7am on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Ten bucks says I'll leave work 7am on Wednesday, accidentally end up at my parents' place and then be too tired to give a shit and pass out on the couch.
