Oh wow, LEtranger. That is awful. You shouldn't have to put up with that one bit. How are you going to handle it? I've been in your position before and it is so uncomfortable.
i agree with lola- this behavior is escalating. if you're bothered by it you must do the following:
1) tell her clearly that sex is not an appropriate topic for work, and never ever joke about intimate matters or brush it off at all. draw the line and don't allow her to cross it. immediately tell her the topic is making you uncomfortable if she starts that crap. it's not that you don't like her as a person, you simply demand a professional workplace.
2) NO touching allowed. ever. her or you. no 'hi how are you!" hugs, no pats on the back, none of it.
3) go to whatever supervisor you have, and tell them of the situation.
if she's mentally unstable, (you mention 'kind of crazy' behavior in the past) i would not assume she will handle this in an appropriate manner, so keep it friendly and completely boring-professional, so you can all continue to work together. if she does not stop, that's her problem if you are clear about this being unwanted attention. it seems you have been friendly in the past, but she threw a game changing curve ball, so it's professional or nothing.

Just got back from my trip and it was great. Eastern Europe was definitely the highlight of the trip for me. Istanbul was cool but something about it kind of put me off a bit. Maybe it was the sketchy taxi drivers that try to scam you, or the monotonous quality of the food, but it got a bit old after a few days.
