exercise mats are pretty disgunsting when you think of it - one side goes to the floor, so unless you mop the floor every time you exercise all sorts of floor grossness stick to that side, then the other side gets all the sweaty goodness. and then when you roll up the mat to store it, the gross floor side gets rolled up unto the gross sweaty side mixing both dirts together - ugh
