Last minute someone arranged for a few helicopters to take them to their next show on tour and the "pilot" who was flying decided it was ok to lift off in a very dense fog. He didn't make it up high enough to get over a hill he couldn't see because of the fog and crashed into the hill. Vaughn was on that helicopter. Very sad

Actually the prosecutor recently retracted everything he said about the judge tampering and discussions. He admitted that he lied for the camera to ham up his role in the trial because he never thought it would be shown to an American audience since it was a supposedly for a French t.v. documentary and not such a big movie. He said it was embarrasing to admit it now but it was a lie which grew out of control. He said he never had out of channel discussions with the judge and was actually off the case at the time and that he was only coming clean now because he couldn''t get on the stand and lie. It has caused a huge problem for the defense team since the crux of their appeal is prosecutorial misconduct. It was kind of a big story but has gone silent now. I'm not sure what is happening with it.

i walked onto some road head the other night coming home from a friend's place. not even a very deserted street, just some dude sittling in his car and i notice a girl's head bobbing up and down in his lap. they didnt pay attention to me as i strolled right by.

just got back from my trip today. i went to france and italy, via corsica. took tons of pics, all or mostly all on film, so will need to update when i get them developed.
