Went back to Napa for some more wine tasting. Can I just tell you how much I love visiting the wineries up there? It is so beautiful and everyone is super nice. It is nice to get away from the city and take in a relaxing day while tasting delicious wines. It can take a toll on your pocketbook, but it is worth every penny. biggrin

I'm attending the Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell. The commute is going to suck, but it's the only course approved by the Court of Master Sommeliers to train you for the test. Other culinary schools do workshops and such, but nothing as extensive. This program is 10 weeks long, with around five wines a day.

Hey, what is your schedule like? If you like going up to Napa, I'd love to make a day trip up there with you. Unfortunately, I usually have Tuesdays off, but I can sometimes finagle a Sunday...
