i think i just made a mess of things. things that are probably unforgivable and unrepairable. and the worse part is, i dont really know what to do about it. i can say im sorry a million times, but that wont erase the hurt that i have caused.

my sunburn is so bad that i have small blisters on my shoulders. it hurts just to move because it causes my skin to move. im afraid to take a shower. i think i will just be dirty for a few days. i hurt. help me.
