for no reason out of the blue my heart starts racing. it's beating so heavy that i sware it is going to jump out ot my chest. i try to take a breath but i can't get any air. i start to sweat, i have spots before my eyes. is someone sitting on my chest? asthma kicks in.....panic! "breathe, fucking breath" this is what i tell myself. my heart hurts, my brain hurts, my body hurts. anxiety, stress, life......ugh!
