Well, I'm back from the dreaded dental appointment. I still have all of my Teether Sutherlands, so that rocks. I went for just an initial exam [to assess the damage - heh] and a consultation. Of course, I was scared to death, but I did it. So it was just all kinds of x-rays and very gentle explanations today. That is all I could have been expected to handle on a first visit after all these years anyway.

VERY reassuring and nice this dentist man was. Although Im looking at about 3 grand worth of work on my teeth and gummybears. I am SO happy there is such a thing as sedation dentistry cuz they aint no way Id be gettin none o dis shiz done if they wurnt!

In spite of all the cleaning and shampooing and yanking of my wisdom teeth and replacing of old fillings that needs to be done in my face, he did say I had very nice teeth! And they will be way nicer in about two months from now. I'm going to be one of those Hollywood-caliber, smiley people. Sans the bleached blonde hair, orange-brown skin, and asscrack pants, of course.
