Mother is well. Ex is doing as well as can be expected. I am tired.
I'm working today while the rest of the US is off. That sucks. This weekend I cleaned my basement. Thrills but I'm actually very glad about it.
I am NOT letting myself get excited about the Sox. I've been here too many times before.
OK, maybe a little excited. How many times can a sports fan get his heart broken? Ask my 82 y/o uncle who has waited his entire life for them to win a series.
