woo hoo the wife bday party is tomorrow, drinky drinky...we are havin a party at the house and I have been tryin to get the house up to snuff...I actually landscaped the front yard with flowers and everything, even put in a stone walk way lol....then taking her to the Claremont Hotel for her bday dinner Monday.
I havent been sleeping well lately not sure why I wake up at 4 and cant get back to sleep, maybe I am drinking too much or maybe not enough, and I am in desperate need of a vacation.

believe it or not it was shot in oakland

i run mainly in chabot and redwood, but occasionally get over to tilden on my long runs. you can count on me being up there everyday
