Homework: your favorite app

Thanks @missy @rambo and @lyxzen for a fun blog homework!

I've got to say my favorite app and the one I use most consistently is Instagram

I don't really understand tumblr too well and re-activated my Facebook for only a year before deactivating because the bullying I was seeing was starting to depress me. I like Instagram because the things I see are more controlled, and because I just love pictures. I can see photos from my state that I love despite it being in the middle of nowhere

I can keep up to date with all the wonderful ladies of Suicidegirls, stuff I might miss if I haven't logged in in a couple days, and neat travel ideas (aka vegan places and breweries to visit all over the place :p)

Also, I don't know if it counts as an app, but iTunes is pretty great. I just subscribed to the $9.99 for all the music you want and I've definitely been abusing it lol, thanks to it I've discovered the Decemberists, which have become one of my favorite bands

Oh, and I guess I should mention my new set Santa Monica is up in MR (can't insert a link for some reason) so please check it out if you have the time!

I rarely use Facebook or Instagram anymore. People always post pictures that give the impression that they always have to be doing something every second; every picture has to be some huge thing, like their life is a 24/7 party.  Me, I'd rather seem boring than seem like that.  I have a friend on FB that is always posting pictures of himself drunk at the bar with his other friends. He's a cool guy and I can't help but think of his liver when his pictures show up in my feed.
