If you could go back in time and change one thing, what would it be?
Although I do have a lot of things that I appreciated learning, if I could I'd go back in time with a friggin' list of things for future me to do or to stay away from doing. First of all, I would've found a way to pay for my SATs or ACTs and applied to college outside of my state. I would've stayed healthy. I would have stayed away from drugs and more importantly I would have stay away from a lottttt of people. I mean seriously I think my worst life choices have been in the people I let in my life, from my old roommates to especially ex boyfriends. I don't know what it is with the dudes I tend to like but man they have all pretty much been so awful!! I would also have gone back and told myself to just work on myself because I can't keep striving to make other people happy. The truth is that I'm not the person to fix everyone while I fail at nurturing myself. I would have told myself how important it is to just focus on my own life and hoped that I took the advice. (Although I mean, I'm super cool. 8 year old me would probably be stoked to follow my list).
