@wizard0 I'm not really concerned about saving money, since I like to buy the best that I can. So I usually end up spending a lot, but I like controlling what all goes into my body. I'm sick of knowing I'm eating prepackaged foods. I always feel so gross afterwards.

It's easier to eat inexpensively but get nothing of quality than the other way around unfortunately. I always shop at local farm stands eating what's actually in season here (Florida) helps support local business and cuts down on vegetables/fruits being driven across the country or flown in from even further. I'm not a big environmentalist but I feel it helps a little. I'm also by no means a vegan but cook several vegan recipes (3-4 a week). ITd amazing how your body feels and reacts to 3 days of eating clean vs 3 days of steak. Keep it up @lenoira !đź‘Ť
