I just can't be bothered anymore. Can't be bothered with anything, things that used to cheer me up no longer do. I'm just so sick of everything being such a huge effort and then I only get kicked back down at the end of it.

I think I'm gonna get so wrecked tomorrow that I won't even be able to remember my name and where I'm from. Seems to be the only solution at times. No one can help me anymore, nothing is able to snap me out of this. It just all has to stop hurting one day, I couldn't bear another 12 months like the past 12 months I've just had. I'm too weak now, just need to rest a while...
