K mate here's th downlow!
jamie,

isn't timing a grand thing...specifically when it's 2
weeks too late?!!...my frien daaren in calgary just
sold all of his excess scooters to a mutual friend of
ours in vancouver...your pal can check out
www.scootermd.com or something like that...and chat
with dennis at the shop...if its a good friend of
yours i can be persuaded to send a bike from
here...but i need to know the price the friend is
willing to spend up to...other than that he/she can
call 253-4741 and speak to daaren boreham...and ask if
there is anything left for sale...better if you do it
and mention me...btu daaren ain't cheap...though his
product is good!...aside from that i am back from
spain...i reccomend it...but not the coast...to many
fat, red english and dutch tourists...and greek
girls...be there, done one...thats
enough...gack...though she did have a decent bit o'
passion in here soul...it was otherwise purged of any
real bit of interest...ah well...hope you are enjoying
the yearly burning of albertas forests and actually
getting a bit o spare time off...let me know of any
and all developments in the scooter world for you or
yer friend...and say hi to the wife for me. b

I've decided I want a Vespa. A black or red one. With a pentagram painted on the side.

Anyone know where I can buy one in Canada? Or Calgary? Or Edmonton, for that matter?

yeah i've wanted one for a while, i saw a 197x turquoisish blue one but i didn't think it was worth the $3600. try ebaying it, or most major cities probably have a scooter shop. oh yeah, try the auto sale paper too. but be warned- they are expensive and get shitty milage
fenris23:
Haven't found out yet still trying. I am not to good at this sort of thing. Or so it now seems.

I want to let loose the hail that ends the world.

Well, okay, I'm in a grumpy mood, but maybe it's not that bad. Ragnarok can wait. I'm just tired and hot and frustrated.

My vacation was good, but like all things, ultimately disappointing. The end bits are becoming more and more irritating as they pass by. We returned to Vancouver this morning from Victoria...

*hee hee* I dont know how cute I get when angry, but I know for sure that at some point the whole situation always starts to seem immensely amusing and I always have hard time not starting to giggle. Its especially agonizing if the other part is still furious- its hard to explain that its the situation itself thats ridiculous in my eyes.

damn I wish I could hang out with those hotties!

My last day in Kelowna;

I was up until 3am last night nerding it up with some old friends. It felt good to be in a comfortable place. I laughed harder than I've laughed in a good long while. Funny how silly high school seems when it's long behind you.

This morning, Lotus and I dragged ourselves out of bed and packed our bags. We...

You know, my brother is one of my best friends. But with my work/school schedule and his work schedule--and the 600 or so miles seperating us--I see him abut once a year. The odds are neither of you will change that much--I know. Trust me. You will miss him though. Trust me there, too.
fenris23:
Fine your fist shaking has convinced me. I am coming.

I went so fast my eyes watered.

Last night was full of longboard fun. I found one good thing about Kelowna; lots of rich people who have suburbs built with nice smooth hills on which to ride. Some buddies of mine from high school and I all went out and drove around looking for spots to board. I had a hell of a time.

It...

it was very cool seeing you guys in Kelowna! sorry if i seemed a little out of it. my vacation took its toll on me. but anyways, we'll get together in Calgary sometime and have long, in-depth conversations. about cool stuff.

So I'm "home". It took me all of a half hour to board around downtown and realize how midtown Kelowna really is. *chuckle* Tomorrow's schedule involves seeing my airport amiga again, so that makes me happy.

I'm using my little bro's computer, and it makes him mad that I won't give it back. So I will.

More later.

Sitting around in my underwear listening to Three Inches of Blood way the fuck too loud with all the windows open and eating a popsicle because it's too hot.

Give me a mullet and a case of beer and I'm in banger-city.

EDITED

I have parent fear. *chuckle* It's been nearly a year since my parents have seen me, and in that time, let us tally our alterations;

- one new bridge piercing
- one new labret piercing
- one lack of haircut

I am a new man, physically speaking (I'm pretty much a different person emotionally as well, but that's a lot more complex, maybe I'll...

I have a few friends who practise Kung Fu- its really cool, and weve of course traded nice moves and kicks and what-not. *smirk* As for myself, Ive always been more of a Budo kind- after some flirtation with Aikido Ive now realized that my destiny still lies on the Ninja path and hence I shall take up my practise. Oooooh yes.

...you do well in having respect for the Ninja, indeed.wink
tygertyger:
Well, the way I see it, there's a big difference between "flippant" and "casual and relaxed," which is kinda the effect I was aiming for. I mean, on the one hand, you're telling me to go talk to the girl next time and not overanalyze it afterwards, and on the other, you seem to be saying that I'm not taking it seriously enough. To me, that sounds completely contradictory. Are you saying that I'm ignoring the risk of rejection, to my detriment? Or are you saying I trust irls too much? Do I talk to too many of them? I just don't understand how being more nervous (or apprehensive, if there's a difference) about them would help anything. I mean, they're just people too, right?

Boy do I love metal. Anyway. Things are progressing normally in the life of Lenny. I think the haircut thing will be put on hold for now. There's a trim in my future, but I'm liking having longer hair. It's working...

So the great haircut debate continues. As it stands, here are the votes;

Aya: Wants to do it herself, votes for dreads.
Vomitbomb: Dreads.
Pihka: Viking-hair or dreads or a mohawk (I think she genuinely doesn't care one way or another)
Fjola: no hair.
Ticktock: Too manly to talk about it anymore.

I think that's about it, if I missed anyone, it was an omission...

I am me again! New glasses have arrived on my face and I feel right. *smile* I'm pretty much happy with my appearance, at this point. Save that I need a haircut.

Any suggestions before I turn into some blonde long-haired viking?
