Oh poor you...I can very well relate, as Ive just only recently recovered from a similar zombie-making flu...try to drink hot things. A garlic sandwich is good and banishes potential undead lurking about, too. Its about as horrible as it gets, but eventually it will pass.

I recommend soft music, vichyssoise, sponge baths, orange juice, and tylenol. When other people aren't around to help, I find I can forget crucial things.. like that you can take medicine when you're sick.
