🍁So fall. I love to be outside in the fall. The crisp air, leaves falling, and smells of distant fires just awakens something in my soul. My favorite thing about fall is that it becomes way more acceptable to drink my favorite things, stouts, porters, and whiskey. And real deal pumpkin picking. Where you go into the patch and find the perfect mate for your steps. Do you know how hard it is to find a REAL pumpkin patch in the South?! Impossible.
🍂It also sets off the most wonderful season in my eyes. Everything starts in the fall. Halloween is knocking on the door and I can't wait to get all decked out for it.
🍗Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and once fall comes, I know it is just around the corner. I love when the house is noisy with friends and family all together chatting. You can smell the delicious scent of turkey in the oven and all the sides brought to share. You step outside for a hot toddy with friends and enjoy the smell of winter peeking through the rush of fall. Desserts and coffee are had while a fire roars in the fireplace warming everyone's soul as they laugh together. It's incredible. The things that happen during this time of year.
🍁This fall has been even more special because it marked an important mile stone at my amazing job. We celebrated three months open on the first day of fall and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than with dark beer and pizza 🍕
So, there's a few things I love about the fall and a few teasers for my debut set. I knew this fall would be one for the books and it surely hasn't disappointed me yet! ❤️
