I've never been to roller derby I must say. It seems like it's gaining popularity these days.
The events called OCDJ. It varies from night to night. It's hard electronics in a general sense. My friend always tries to mix 2 subgenres in a night, for the microscenes (like 12 people each srsly...) to overlap and hear some new stuff. Most of the people that go there either know each other, or usually listen to that type of music in raves. That's why i like it: almost no other bar plays that kind of stuff. You're lucky, the flyer just got made.
