I have just had the weirdest week. Trying to book surfboard simulators and kareoke for the summer party - it doesn't seem like work, but it is. I'm having so much fun though. Oh, and I learnt how to make a graph in Excel, which may not be such a big thing to other people, but it's huge to me because I've always feared spreadsheets.
Went to see Death from Above 1979. The first support band, Test Icicles (see what they did there, funny huh?
) were absolute crap and Greg quite rightly lobbed his pint at them, and got a round of applause - they were that awful, it wasn't even funny. The second support band Metric, they were really cool, and Death from Above, well,their live set made the album sound like a cat throwing up - they were so good!!
On the downside, my ham sandwich addiction is back, and I'm skint. Oh well - things could be a lot worse!
