So I'm home from Alaska early. I had this crazy allergic reaction to a sea-sick patch that made my left eye dialate completely and blurred my vision. I was really freaked out cause blindness runs in my family. I changed my tickets and got home at 5:20 am. The doctor said the reaction could stay for up to a week! But at least it has contracted a little and I know that my retinas aren't detatching.

Alaska was cool(average temp was 55, ha,ha). Lots of beautiful scenery and glaciers. I am missing going to Denali, which sucks, but I got to see a goodly portion of the state. No one lives there though. You can't even get to the capital of Juneau unless you take a plane or boat!! They have no roads in!! And I have a bigger back yard than the Governor of Alaska, and I rent! Wild.

I was on a cruise(hence the sea-sick meds) and it was rough. I was sick for 3 out of the 7 days. The last day and a half, we were in a storm in the Pacific. It was so rough all we could do was stay in bed and poor JP puked 4 times. So, It's gonna be a long time till I get on a boat again. I can still feel it. Make the room stop spinning!

So that's my tale. I'm incredibly jet-lagged and my eye hurts, but what can you do?
