Okay... so I officially signed up for tryouts. at 7 fucking am.....

"From December 18 - 22, 2006 Toronto FC will be hosting open tryouts to give players a chance to attend our team's training camp in January.... "

"Online registration only from November 6 - 26, 2006 or until spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost is $110 + GST + handling fees. Fee includes an adidas soccer jersey and two vouchers to a Toronto FC home game. You must be available all dates and times if needed. No refunds.

First round format is 6 on 6 (10 on each team), 1 hour games played widthwise on 1/3 field. Second and third round are full team, full field, 1 hour games. Cuts will be made daily. Tryout schedule will be released no later than December 14th.

This has been driving me crazy. Its smart to put a fee on it, keeps the noobs away... but then again, it could just be a financial scheme.... Which I'd burn the stadium for.
