It's strange when I think about what to write in a journal entry. It seems like it should just be a stream of conscienciousness but the hardest part is always where to begin. Most people that know me, know that I'm an open book. I'll tell you things if you ask and sometimes if you don't ask. But with a journal entry, it's there in writing for everyone (well, everyone that knows about it) to see.

So anyway... here's my first journal entry. Lots of stuff going on. Mostly with my roommate and my girlfriend. My roommate hates his job and is trying to get into grad school for playwrighting. He's not had a lot of sucess with the grad school thing, but he's going for an interview this weekend. But he's always so fucking down that it brings me down. We used to be really good friends, but since we moved in together it seems like we rarely talk, we don't hang out at all except for watching Six Feet Under on DVD. Sometimes it's not a bad thing, but I'm just ready for him to move out so I don't have to deal with the bullshit.

The girlfriend is really good. I feel like I really reconnected with her when she was home for Passover. I was feeling a little distant mostly because of working all the freaking time and having no social life because of working all the time. But when she was here I really felt like she's the one that I'm supposed to be with. I always have that feeling when she's here and it seems to waiver when she's not. I'm not liking the Long Distant relationship right now. But she'll be here for 3 months soon, so it should be a good summer, as long as I don't spend every moment working.
