I quit my job... i lasted 1 day! It was the shittest job ever!!! ...
Ok so i turned up to my training day yesterday, its 2 weeks full time training. It went well at first. U get free food and drinks at this job and its not bad pay for what it is. I've worked in a call centre before but fucking hell, this was just shocking!
They went on about FSA and all the data protection act and all these rules... but when we got to sit and listen to the ppl that worked there already customers were swearing at them and shouting, they were muting their mics to swear back and be rude, they had their fones on even tho theres a data protection act and just emailing each other and eating not actually listening to the phone call... i was shocked! Every call was basically a lot of swearing and shouting!
I had a long hard think last nite... im just gonna work at the uni as a student ambassador and whatever jobs they have like stuffing envelopes and just helping out and getting paid more than at the call centre.
If you have a vodaphone contract or phone, dont bother with insurance or ne thing u'll get shitty service from teenagers. Seriously im only 20.... and every person who worked there was younger than me! Plus they have the highest labour turnover, they recruit atleast 20 ppl new a month and outa the 20, 1 stays lol.
Anyhooo enuff of that! I'm going to be at the London Tattoo Convention on the sunday from 11-7.30 so whoever's going see u all there.
uhm thats if for now, im having a lazy day so havnt really had to use my brain all day so havnt got much to say!
