Bonus #bowie2020 piece once again highlighting the beautiful @ashsinns. She's just got a little less on this time around, not that I noticed while making it LMAO. Photog credit goes to @milkydame
The next Bowie2020 piece belongs to the absolutely breathtaking @ashsinns, who, if you look at her photoset titles, is a Bowie fan anyways (Say what ya like about her, but she's got great taste in music, and she's gorgeous). For this piece I used great textures from https://www.deviantart.com/lilithdemoness and https://www.deviantart.com/sirius-sdz and the image of the gorgeous lady is taken from her photoset https://www.suicidegirls.com/members/ashsinns/album/4176173/rock-n-roll-suicide/ which was shot by the supremely talented @milkydame! Hope you all like it!
Surprise! Bowie 2020 is now open and it features a surprise choice of model @vexaltyn! For this new one I picked completely new stock artists, including https://www.deviantart.com/ravenorlov and https://www.deviantart.com/yeonseb. The image is from Vexaltyn's newest set https://www.suicidegirls.com/girls/vexaltyn/album/4265734/head-up-high/ which was shot by the fantastic @chinaski. I didn't go for lyrics this time and I probably won't for most of them this time, just simply because it adds too much of a concept to it and I can't always fill that concept. Anyways, hope ya like it! #bowie2020
Today marks the 39th anniversary of the utterly senseless murder of John Lennon. I wasn't even born on that day and wouldn't come into the world for another 18 months (Showing my age now LOL) but December 8th 1980 is a day that, much like February 3rd 1959 and November 22nd 1963 that still haunt me as I feel that they are days that really did change the world, and not necessarily for the better. I grew up idolising The Beatles and by proxy, John Lennon and I often find myself wondering what could have happened if Mark Chapman hadn't been a coward and shot a man in the back that awful night. Rest in Peace, John Winston/Ono Lennon.
I loved it. I wasn't born too, but my mother is passionated for him and The Beatles, so I grew up listen to their songs and John always was my favorite, just can't explain why. So, thanks for this beautiful art!
My second @butterflyandmarishka fan art and I have to say, I prefer this one, not because of the images because the first one used a fantastic image of this beautiful lady. It's more sue to me liking the composition of this one more, I just think i've done better this time around and boy does she deserve it anyway. I love making fanart of this beautiful lady because it seems every time I look through her galleries, I find something else that I really like about her, on this occasion, I really like her in plaid skirts (Shh, I'm a pervert, alright?). She is a beautiful woman though and I would love for her to go pink one day, 4 sets, all high quality photography as well, she has. Go show her some love for me, it'd be greatly appreciated. Anyway, this time around, the images are from her wonderful debut set https://www.suicidegirls.com/members/butterflyandmarishka/album/3674228/who-you-gonna-call/# which was shot by the fantastic Sara Rinta. The images are from my usual motley crew LOL. I hope you all like it, but obviously, I really hope she likes it :-)
@leighgabriel thank you so much! I love this one!!! The colors and the pictures you chose are great! Thank you so much as always for your love and support....it very truly means the world to me to have support like this from fans like you <3 :)
Thank you so much, I really appreciate this style of art too as I like psychedelic and funky styles. So, I feel this matches my personality as well as being such a nice compliment! You're so right about Tripodski, I am really privileged to have worked with him more than once. We have a great friendship and I think that shows in our work as it is very natural and relaxed. He is also a huge hockey fan and also played when he was younger which is awesome. A fun fact for you 😊 have a great day, and P.S I have shared your post on my Insta story I hope that is okay.
