My life has descended into a lazy pattern of eating, exercising, surfing the net, listening to music and playing minesweeper/freecell. I'm not too fussed- this is a year abroad after all- but I do have a few deadlines that are coming up in March and if I'm away for 2 weeks from Thursday, I need to get on with work now or the first 2 weeks of March are going to be craaazy.

Of course I went to the gym this afternoon instead of doing that though. Completely knackered from my exertions, so instead of cracking on with work, I decided to make tacos and then watch my final (I think) birthday present that arrived today

Dave Gorman's Googlewhack adventure. I thoroughly recommend it- it elicited more than a couple of chuckles from me and besides anything, it's a great story.

Considering doing some work now (reading up on religious terrorism might be where I'll start), but I might have a quick kip first. Will probably wake up, have some more food and then slack off a bit more, but I remain hopeful for some kind of progress this weekend!

In other news, I managed to win a game of Trivial Pursuit in Swedish, against a load of Swedes yesterday, which I'm quite proud of. Not sure how I did that, but I think it may have been more by luck than good judgement!!

That's all I can think of right now.
