Finally came home for Christmas today. Lots of travel problems, but I was in no hurry and it just meant I sat on the plane for about 4 hours instead of 2. Nice to be back, though.
Being home, I no longer have my super-nippy broadband hook-up so my internet feels slower than a hippy tortoise on the 3rd day of Woodstock, wading through a puddle of treacle and mud... As one would expect, half of my friends decided to update their journals today- many apologies if I don't get round to commenting for a day or 2.
Tomorrow, I intend to watch the lovely Gin Panic at the Dublin Castle in Camden. In a strange twist, I may well be joined by 1 of the girls from my corridor in Sweden and her bloke, who are spending Christmas in London... could be fun!
I'm feeling quite subdued. Not down or anything; just quiet. Maybe I'm reflecting on the events of the last few months... or something.
